No One said it would be easy

Power am Family! As we all deal with and find out new ways in this new normal, some things have to remain the same, like the stability of our children. From the schools regiment being disturbed to their social environments taking a drastic change their "normal" will not be the same.  So what should we do as Fathers who often offer our children stability... Do what great Fathers do and create a stronger stability for them. We may have been involved before but now we have to be the source of comfort, strength, resolve and fun. I'm learning myself that their little minds as fragile as they may be, are stronger than we know. As Fathers it is our duty to provide and exhaust every resource that's in our power to continue to make them feel safe! So they can focus on being the best the can possibly be in a world were anyone's normal can be change in a heart beat! Stay Strong Kings!

Father's Day Love

Peace & Power family,
As we strive to be better in our fatherhood, you never know what life is going to throw at you in between. Celebrating Father's Day this year was a lot different because I'm coming to realize the purpose and position I'm growing into not just for my children, but for my family. We all have a laid out plan as to how we going to do this and do that but what about in the moments you didn't plan for? Do you continue to move at your highest when things happen that's not a part of the plan? Or do you fold to the pressures of I wasn't ready? Why do I pose these questions? Because to be a great Father in my opinion is to perform your best under pressure, over pressure and normal circumstances because that's what the Father position calls for. We have to adapt to whatever we need to, to further our families. You may not only have to nurture your sons or daughters, you may have to nurture the son or daughter of a sibling or a neighbor because that is what our children need. So as we celebrate the blessings and the gift of Fatherhood, please understand that our well being, our thoughts, our health our strength and intelligence has to all be maintained progressively so that we can always serve the needs of our children...whether we are ready or not! Salute to all you Kings! #HappyFathersDay
